Producer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a producer who will work collaboratively across our team to provide project oversight, act as a key person of contact, facilitate scope and bandwidth management, assist with prospecting for interesting projects and talent, and support our team’s daily needs.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, adaptability and creative problem solving, and who has the ability to communicate at an extremely high level with intelligence, diplomacy and grace.
This will be a key hire for our growing, dynamic, people-first company, and there is a great deal of upward mobility and directional influence available to the right candidate.
This position is remote, requires a well maintained media-capable computer and a high speed internet connection.
This project will require work hours primarily between the PST and EST time zones. Candidates outside of North America who are flexible with their working hours are also welcome to apply but this is not negotiable.

On a daily basis, you may be expected to:
Act as the main point of contact between clients and teams
Supervise communications, audio pipelines and deliverables
Schedule and track the audio team’s tasks and milestones
Prepare progress reports, proposals, estimates, etc.
Oversee budget, scope and bandwidth management
Manage onboarding, bookings, contracts, productivity
Advocate for creative solutions and workflow processes
Seek out talent and pursue innovative opportunities and projects
The ideal candidate will have:
Production experience in games, film and tv and/or other media
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
Strong understanding of schedules, pipelines, roles and dependencies
Strong artistic and creative sensibilities, with a focus on the big picture
Experience with project management and source control programs
Expertise with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and comparable software
Interest in interactive audio, music, creative and technical innovation
Nice to have:
Production experience in game or post audio, ideally through full development cycle
Experience as an embedded member of a studio development team
Shipped AAA games with production responsibilities
Experience with audio systems and/or audio middleware
Experience working with outsourcing partners
Experience in audio editing
Understanding of Unreal and Unity, audio middleware (Wwise, FMOD, etc.)
Knowledge of various DAWs and audio tools (ProTools, Reaper, etc.)
